Kaffir

A 800mm x 800mm mixed media composition using plaster of Paris, sand textured gesso, crackling paste, DAS modelling clay and fine pre-mixed fillers to create as multi layered exploration into a slightly different pallet.

Lime greens, acid greens, lemon and soft yellow are the base colours accented with metallic turquoise orange and gold gilding wax.

All colours inspired by the food markets of northern India - Uttar Pradesh / Mangarh - an amazing adventure / trip a few years back.
